The Hunningdon Lakes Property Owners Association was established to ensure consistency and uniformity of building codes and a friendly family environment throughout the neighborhood.  This association is run by homeowners who are willing to volunteer their time to make sure the property values continue to appreciate and the standard of living is kept at a certain level.  The current Board is working hard on your behalf to improve the neighborhood while focusing on keeping the costs down.   One of the ways you can help make these things happen is by volunteering to work with the board of directors in whatever aspect that is of interest to you.
