A little bit of information about Hunningdon Lakes Hunningdon Lakes was started in 1987 by land developer, Armada Hoffler. There are 119 townhomes and 260 single family homes. The age range of our residents covers young couples just starting their lives together to Great Grandparents and the full range in between. Many of our residents are original owners, living here for more than 20 years. Our homes association has a board of directors ranging in number from 3 to 9 members. Community Group, an Associa company provides professional property management for our community. Our neighborhood has three lakes that are each spring fed and are part of the Chesapeake, VA stormwater system. Special notice ! ! ! ! ! !
